It's normal for every child, teen, and adult to feel angry sometimes and in some situations. That's part of life. But when anger seems to be a child or teen's predominant emotion, when angry outbursts are a regular occurance, or when anger leads an unsafe environment for the young person or the people around them, it may be time to seek support and to learn more.
